David Riley focuses his practice on restructurings and insolvency matters involving United States and international corporations. He advises clients involved in acquisitions, restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings, purchase of distressed assets and securities, and complex bankruptcies.
Prior to joining Bracewell, David served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Neil Bason, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, and as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Ernest Robles, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
