Bracewell Represents Sysco in $2 Billion Senior Notes Offering
HOUSTON – Bracewell & Giuliani LLP represented Sysco Corporation in a $2 billion public offering of senior notes. The offering consisted of three series of fixed rate notes ranging in maturity from five to 30 years.
Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, TD Securities (USA) LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as joint book-running managers in the offering.
