Bracewell Represents Conflicts Committee in Merger Between Tallgrass Energy GP, LP and Tallgrass Energy Partners, LP

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented the Conflicts Committee of the Board of Directors of the general partner of Tallgrass Energy Partners, LP (NYSE: TEP) (“TEP”) in its merger with the Tallgrass Energy GP, LP (NYSE: TEGP) (“TEGP”). TEGP acquired all of TEP’s publically held common units in exchange for newly issued Class A Shares of TEGP valued at approximately $2.2 billion.
