About Isaac
Isaac Syed focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private and strategic transactions in the energy and infrastructure industries, including renewable energy and oil and gas transactions. He also helps advise clients on general corporate and compliance matters, as well as reporting and disclosure obligations.
Before joining Bracewell, Isaac worked at an international law firm.
