About Haley

Haley Cambra focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and public and private capital markets transactions. She also advises clients on Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and disclosure obligations and other corporate and compliance matters. Haley has experience with venture financings and corporate governance for emerging companies.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Haley was an associate at international law firms in Houston and Austin, as well as an intern at the National Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty.
