The Times Recognizes Bracewell Among Top Energy and Renewables Law Firms in UK

LONDON – The Times recognized Bracewell UK LLP as one of the top 12 firms in the UK for energy and renewables, naming the firm to its Best Law Firms 2024 List. The publication highlighted Bracewell’s work representing the lenders on the acquisition of Lekela Power – the largest M&A transaction for an operating renewable assets portfolio across Africa – as well as the firm’s work advising the lenders on the 300-MW Saad photovoltaic solar independent power producer project.

Each year, The Times – in cooperation with international market research firm Statista – identifies the top 250 law firms in England & Wales and 40 in Scotland based on peer responses to a single question: Who would you recommend if you weren’t recommending your own firm? More than 4,300 individuals participated in this year’s survey, which ranked firms across 28 categories covering business, public and private-client fields.

Bracewell’s London office has been named to the Best Law Firms list five times in the last six years.
