Phillips 66’s DCP Midstream Acquisition Named M&A Transaction of the Year Finalist at 2024 Houston Corporate Counsel Awards

HOUSTON – Phillips 66’s $3.8 billion acquisition of DCP Midstream has been named a finalist for M&A Transaction of the Year at the upcoming Houston Corporate Counsel Awards sponsored by The Texas Lawbook and the Houston Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in Houston on May 15.

Will Anderson led the Bracewell LLP team that advised Phillips 66 on the take-private transaction, which closed in June 2023 and doubled P66’s economic interest in DCP Midstream.
