Bracewell Represents Underwriters in DTE Electric’s $1 Billion Green Bond Offering

NEW YORK – Bracewell LLP represented the underwriters in the public offering by DTE Electric Company of $1 billion of its green bonds. The bonds will finance green, or clean, energy investments, such as investments in solar and wind generation facilities, as well as energy efficiency programs to reduce energy waste. The bonds were issued on March 29, 2021.
