About Sarah

Sarah Orengo Lytal focuses her practice on the tax aspects of public finance transactions, as well as planning and compliance matters relating to tax-exempt organizations. Sarah also has experience in financing transactions, advising lenders and borrowers in syndicated, secured, unsecured, traditional and debt financings.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Sarah served as a law clerk for the Honorable Lynn N. Hughes of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Sable Offshore Corp. — purchase from Exxon Mobil Corporation of the Santa Ynez field in Federal waters offshore California and associated onshore processing and pipeline assets, including pipeline assets acquired by Exxon Mobil from Plains Pipeline L.P. and the merger with Flame Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition entity

DT Midstream — $750 million revolving credit facility and $1 billion term loan B, in connection with its spin-off from DTE Energy Company, as borrower

Wells Fargo Bank, National Association — as lender, administrative agent and collateral agent in the successfully completed exit financing for Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. and certain affiliates. The exit financing included approximately $400 million in a revolving credit facility, $100 million in a term loan and over $85 million in privately placed notes.
