Anton Jones

Anton Jones focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and public and private capital markets offerings. He also helps advise clients on general corporate and compliance matters, as well as reporting and disclosure obligations.

During law school, Anton served on the University of Illinois Law Review and the Illinois Business Law Journal. He also served as a law clerk for the Los Angeles Office of the County Counsel’s Dependency Division.
