Seen as Energy Sector Bright Spot, Texas Firms Grow Renewables Teams

Danielle Varnell, Bracewell’s newest projects partner, and G. Alan Rafte, chair of the firm’s business and regulatory section, talked with Texas Lawyer reporter Brenda Sapino Jeffreys about Varnell joining the firm and the renewable energy market.

Varnell said “it was an easy sell” and Rafte added that “Varnell’s practice is a perfect fit for the firm.”

Energy practice leaders see much opportunity in the renewables area, leading to strategic moves even as the legal industry deals with the economic downturn stemming from the coronavirus crisis.
