Newsmakers: Bracewell Expands Energy Practice With Addition of Parker Lee in New York

Texas Lawyer recently highlighted energy transactional partner Parker Lee joining the firm’s New York office.

Lee, who advises strategic companies and private equity and infrastructure funds on M&A, project development and joint venture transactions in the energy and infrastructure industries, has strong ties to Texas. He received his J.D., cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law, and graduated with both a B.B.A. in finance and a B.A. in art history from The University of Texas at Austin.
