Lawdragon Recognizes Trey Wood Among Leading Bankruptcy and Restructuring Lawyers for 2023

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP partner William A. (Trey) Wood III has been recognized by Lawdragon as one of the leading US bankruptcy and restructuring lawyers in 2023.

Wood, who chairs Bracewell’s financial restructuring department, represents debtors, creditors, committees and other parties in interest in all facets of the bankruptcy process and out-of-court restructurings, including plan creation and confirmation, asset purchases and sales, claim allowance disputes and complex bankruptcy litigation. In a recent matter, Wood – who also frequently speaks on bankruptcy and restructuring topics and leading industry conferences – led the Bracewell team that secured a win for Major League Baseball in a Chapter 11 case involving Diamond Sports Group LLC and certain affiliates.
