Bracewell Represents Lincoln Property Company in Preston Center Development

DALLAS – Bracewell LLP represented Lincoln Property Company Commercial, Inc. in a ground lease, joint venture and development transaction for a mixed-use development (office and multi-family) located in the Preston Center area of Dallas.

Lincoln, based in Dallas with operations all over the United States and Europe, will develop two-towers – a 225,000 square foot office tower and a 128 unit residential tower, with a parking garage and amenity deck between them. Located between Park Cities and Preston Hollow near the Dallas North Tollway, Northwest Highway and Preston Road, the development provides essential access from major thoroughfares. Future plans include a ground-floor restaurant and more than 1.3 acres of green space.
