NABL The Workshop 2023 - Multifamily Housing

Victoria Ozimek will participate in a panel discussion titled "Multifamily Housing" at NABL's The Workshop 2023. This panel will discuss the range of housing development strategies in the current market (including senior, affordable, “missing middle” and “workforce” housing), current issues in deal structures, the impact of the return of opportunities for positive arbitrage, issues relating to increasingly complex capital stacks and available sources of funds to construct housing developments, and emerging tax and disclosure issues in an environment with rising costs and interest rates.
