Rachel Straub focuses her practice on financial transactions, representing lenders and borrowers in syndicated, secured, unsecured, traditional and debt financings.

During law school, Rachel served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Thomas A. Cox, Jr. of the Superior Court of Fulton County and as an intern for the Honorable Walter W. Davis of the Georgia State-wide Business Court in Atlanta.
