About Laura

Laura Hang focuses on complex commercial litigation, white collar defense and securities matters. She represents clients throughout the trial and appellate process on a wide range of matters arising under state and federal law in connection with corporate compliance, securities fraud, and public corruption. Laura also assists clients with internal investigations of potential misconduct, often in response to allegations of fraud or insider trading. Her experience includes government investigations and enforcement actions brought by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

While in law school, Laura spent a semester interning at the U.S. Department of Justice, Criminal Division, where she worked full-time in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Unit of the Fraud Section.
