Kirsty Law advises clients on a range of corporate and project matters within the energy sector including M&A, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, EPC contracts and other commercial agreements. She also has experience working on multijurisdictional energy and infrastructure finance matters, including project and reserve based finance, with an emphasis on those involving African assets and companies.

Ophir Energy plc — $2 billion floating LNG project offshore Equatorial Guinea, including host government arrangements, LNG sales agreements, chartering agreements, joint venture arrangements, project financing, and construction

Apache Corporation — disposal of its operated interest in the SAGE System, a major gas pipeline system and gas processing terminal in the U.K., to Ancala Partners, and on Apache’s associated long-term gas transportation and processing agreement

BG Group — high-value sale process in relation to upstream oil and gas assets in the U.K. North Sea

Impact Oil & Gas Ltd — expansion of its African exploration portfolio, including the acquisition of upstream blocks in Gabon, Namibia, the Senegal-Guinea Bissau AGC and Guinea Bissau; the farm-down of the AGC block to Woodside Energy; its equity fundraising
