About Kathleen

Kathleen Harris serves as counsel for the firm in finance and partnership matters. She also assists with the firm’s international regulatory requirements, including licensing and professional conduct.

Kathleen’s experience includes counseling business clients in general corporate, partnership and commercial matters, including entity formation and planning, commercial contract negotiation, public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, transactions, strategic planning and day-to-day operations and transactions. She has particular experience in the resale of restricted securities, the transfer and financing of vessels and maritime citizenship matters.

She has represented purchasers and sellers in asset and stock transfers; has prepared sales contracts and related documents; and has analyzed the legal consequences of proposed transactions.
