Julia Kowalsky focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and represents individuals and corporations across various industries in state and federal courts. Her experience includes representing large healthcare corporations in payor-provider disputes, providing counsel for complex commercial disputes, providing counsel related to state and federal public information requests, and government and internal investigations.
Prior to joining Bracewell, she served as a judicial intern for Judge Martin Hoffman of the 68th Civil District Court in Dallas. She served as the editor-in-chief of SMU Dedman School of Law’s International Law Review Association and received the Outstanding Editor Award.
