John Melly’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, including a wide variety of debt and equity transactions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic alliances. He represents both buyers and sellers in a broad range of industries, including energy, insurance and manufacturing.
John has experience in the negotiation of the terms of classes of preferred stock, common stock and warrants, as well as the terms of senior, subordinated and revolving credit debt for borrowers, issuers and investors.
A certified public accountant, John worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Pratt & Whitney prior to his legal career.
