About Eric

Eric Holland represents investment banks, hedge funds and other institutional lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured credit facilities, including senior and subordinated debt financings, acquisition financings, project financings, term loans, working capital loans, note purchase agreements, repurchase agreements, joint ventures, transportation financings, real estate development loans, securities purchase agreements, intercompany loans and participation agreements. Eric has experience working with hedging facilities and International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) and ISDA collateral transactions. Additionally, he has also worked on matters involving the work-outs, restructuring and bankruptcies of several facilities.

Administrative agent — $20 million secured oil and gas reserve-based revolving loan facility to an oil production services company, including related hedging obligations, for the purpose of developing and acquiring oil and gas properties

Administrative agent — $95 million secured term loan facility to a marine transportation solution provider for the reimbursement of construction costs for vessels

Administrative agent — $750 million multi-currency unsecured revolving credit facility to an oilfield services company for general corporate purposes

Coal production company — represented the borrower in a $500 million multi-currency secured revolving credit facility for general corporate purposes, permitted acquisitions, refinancing of existing debt, capital expenditures, investments and satisfying lease obligations

Administrative agent — $170 million secured revolving credit facility to a wells services company for general corporate purposes, permitted acquisitions and refinancing of existing debt

Administrative agent — $180 million secured revolving credit and term loan facility to an oil and gas services company for general corporate purposes and refinancing of existing debt

Oil pipeline company — represented the borrower in a $200 million unsecured revolving credit facility to finance the expansion of a pipeline

Administrative agent — $900 million secured term and revolving credit facility to a major well intervention and subsea systems provider for general corporate purposes

Administrative agent — $500 million secured revolving credit facility to a convenience store and retail fuel supply company for funding acquisitions, capital expenditures, making certain dividends and for general corporate purposes, secured by convenience stores and related assets

Administrative agent — $172.5 million secured term loan facility for a bankruptcy-remote entity formed to finance the installation of digital cinema equipment and monetize payment streams from movie studios with respect to digital releases

Administrative agent — $100 million secured revolving credit facility to a worldwide provider of coiled tubing products and related services for the oil and gas industry to finance the acquisition of the company by its sponsors via an equity distribution, for working capital and for other general corporate purposes

Administrative agent — $80 million secured term and revolving credit facility to a gas measurement company to fund capital expenditures, to finance the acquisition of the company by its sponsors via an equity distribution and for other general corporate purposes, secured by inventory, equipment, equity pledges and other related assets
