About Chuck

Chuck brings more than 40 years of experience in natural gas and LNG regulatory matters to his clients. This experience has provided Chuck with a keen understanding of all segments of the natural gas industry, from gas producers to large gas users, and facilitated a broad practice before all of the federal agencies that regulate the industry. He approaches each assignment from a strategic, client-oriented perspective: what is the goal and what is the best and most efficient way to get there?

Whether the assignment involves a transaction, a hearing, a compliance issue or strategic counseling, Chuck keys in on the crux of the matter. This approach has led to outstanding results for Chuck’s clients, which include natural gas producers, gatherers, processors, pipelines, and distributors; LNG import and export project developers and participants; participants in energy infrastructure projects; industrial and commercial energy users, including electric utilities and generators; natural gas marketers and traders; and banks and other lenders to the gas industry.
