Bracewell & Giuliani LLP announced today that Clint Steyn has joined its Dubai office as a partner, focusing his practice on international energy projects. Steyn has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on all aspects of power transactions including bids, acquisitions and disposals throughout the Middle East and Africa.
Steyn joins the firm from Chadbourne & Parke LLC and previously served in-house as Regional General Counsel for International Power plc, a major international energy company.
“Clint is an extremely well respected attorney throughout the Middle East and Africa and we are delighted to have him join us,” said Christopher Williams, managing partner of Bracewell’s Dubai office. “His arrival will significantly broaden the office’s energy experience and our offering to our clients. It is an exciting time for both the office and the firm’s global energy practice.”
The addition of Steyn to the firm in Dubai – along with eight new energy partners in London and the firm’s energy team in the United States – provides Bracewell with one of the deepest global energy offerings.
