Bracewell Represents Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. in Sale of Bluewater Gas Storage Facility

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (PAA) in its sale of 100 percent of the equity interests of Bluewater Natural Gas Holding, LLC (Bluewater Holding) to WEC Energy Group, Inc. Bluewater Holding owns underground natural gas storage facilities in Michigan. The transaction closed on June 30, 2017.
