Bracewell Represents Holly Energy Partners, L.P. in the Acquisition of Interest in SLC and Frontier Pipelines from Plains All American Pipeline, L.P.

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP is advising Holly Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: HEP) in its acquisition from Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (NYSE: PAA) of the 50% interest in Frontier Aspen LLC and the 75% interest in SLC Pipeline LLC that Holly Energy Partners, L.P. does not already own for aggregate consideration of $250 million.
