Bracewell Represents GEP Haynesville in Asset Exchange With Vine Oil & Gas

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented GEP Haynesville, LLC (GEP) in the exchange of non-operating working assets in the majority of GEP and Vine Oil & Gas LP’s (Vine) joint venture assets located in the Haynesville Basin in northwest Louisiana.

The transaction unwinds a material portion of the joint venture area of mutual interest and allocates to each company the entirety of future development. GEP and Vine will continue to share joint ownership in approximately 50 producing wells excluded in the exchange.
