Bracewell Represents Basalt Infrastructure Partners in Acquisition of Detroit Renewable Energy

NEW YORK – Bracewell LLP is representing Basalt Infrastructure Partners II LP in its acquisition of Detroit Renewable Energy LLC (DRE), an integrated renewable energy system comprised of Detroit Thermal, Detroit Renewable Power and Hamtramck Energy Services. DRE converts Detroit’s municipal solid waste into renewable energy and steam.

Financial terms of this transaction were not disclosed.
