Bracewell Represents Bank of America in Devon Energy and Crosstex Energy’s Creation of EnLink Midstream

Bracewell LLP represented Bank of America, as administrative agent and arranger, in a $1 billion unsecured revolving credit facility for EnLink Midstream Partners LP, a new midstream master limited partnership. The new MLP combines the midstream assets of Devon Energy and Crosstex Energy.

Bracewell also closed a $250 million secured revolving credit facility for EnLink Midstream, LLC, which holds the general partner interests in the MLP. Both entities are publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange: EnLink Midstream, LLC (ENLC), the publicly traded general partner entity, and EnLink Midstream Partners, LP (ENLK), the master limited partnership.
