Bracewell Represents Pilot Chemical Company in Acquisition of Liquid Minerals Group, Inc.

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented Pilot Chemical Company (Pilot) in the purchase of Liquid Minerals Group, Inc. (LMGI). The acquisition will expand the presence of Pilot, a privately owned and independent chemical company, in the organometallic fuel additives markets. LMGI manufactures products for the oil-field, refinery, power generation and marine industries.
