Bracewell Represented Evercore in Hi-Crush Partners’ Acquisition of Hi-Crush Blair LLC

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented Evercore, financial advisor to the Conflicts Committee of the Board of Directors of Hi-Crush GP LLC, the general partner of Hi-Crush Partners LP, regarding the acquisition of Hi-Crush Blair LLC from Hi-Crush Proppants LLC. Under the terms of the transaction, the partnership will pay cash consideration of $75 million, issue 7,053,292 common units and pay up to $10 million of contingent earnout consideration.
