Bracewell Named Winner of Two M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards

Bracewell & Giuliani LLP has been honored as a member of two winning deal teams recognized by The M&A Advisor. The firm received Turnaround Awards in two categories: Restructuring Deal of the Year (over $500 mm to $1 bn) for its role in the reorganization of Ahern Rentals and Chapter 11 Reorganization of the Year (under $100 mm) for its role in the reorganization of KIT Digital, Inc.

The 8th Annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards recognize the leading distressed transactions, restructuring, refinancing, products and services, firms and professionals in the U.S. and international markets. The Turnaround Awards will be presented on March 11, 2014, at the Distressed Investing Summit in Palm Beach, Florida.
