HOUSTON – Bracewell & Giuliani LLP ranked atop the 2014 year-end SNL Financial League Tables for energy legal advisers. Bracewell ranked 1st overall in total transaction value with $82,914.7 million. The firm also stood 4th in number of transactions with 15 during 2014.

Bracewell ranked 6th in number of transactions in 2013 and finished 12th overall in total transaction value in 2013.
