Bracewell & Giuliani LLP announced today that R. Casey Low has joined its Austin office as a trial and appellate partner. Low focuses on complex commercial litigation, including antitrust claims, tortious interference with contracts and prospective business relations, defamation and business disparagement, False Claims Act claims, securities claims, and white collar matters. He also represents plaintiffs and defendants in all stages of litigation proceedings, including in trial and arbitration proceedings in both state and federal court and internal investigations.
Additionally, Low defends clients, prosecutes appeals and seeks mandamus relief in the Texas Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, Texas State Courts of Appeals, and the Multidistrict Litigation (MDL) Panel of Texas.
“Casey’s depth of experience in both the trial and appellate circuits will significantly enhance our firm’s capabilities,” said Bracewell Managing Partner Mark C. Evans. “We are very excited to have Casey join our Austin team.”
Formerly at Andrews Kurth, Low received his law degree from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Trinity University. After law school, he served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Priscilla R. Owen of the Texas Supreme Court.
