Bracewell’s Lance Behnke, Robert Crowley Recognized by Washington Super Lawyers and Rising Stars

HOUSTON — Bracewell & Giuliani LLP Partner Lance W. Behnke has been recognized in the 2013 edition of Washington Super Lawyers. Meanwhile, Associate Robert M. Crowley has been recognized by Washington Rising Stars 2013.

Behnke works in the firm’s tax practices and focuses on federal and state tax issues relevant to both global and U.S. clients. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and sell offs, and inbound and outbound investments. He has particular experience with energy assets and real estate investment trusts.

Crowley, meanwhile, focuses on securities and complex commercial litigation, as well as litigation involving broker/dealers.  His experience includes representing clients in numerous commercial litigation matters, including legal malpractice, contract, intellectual property, unfair trade practices, products liability, and franchise disputes.
