Infrastructure Often Embraced By Both Parties, to No Avail

Liam P. Donovan spoke with the Associated Press about the political conflict over a proposed $2 trillion infrastructure bill. In early stages, it appears to be receiving bipartisan support, but many commentators, including Donovan, expect future disagreements over the bill’s contents and funding.

“A lot of this is theater, staking out the high ground for the fight that’s coming,” Donovan said.
