HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP’s Stephanie Koo Song has been named a 2022 Woman Who Means Business by Houston Business Journal in the Outstanding Leaders in Law category. She, along with this year’s other winners, will be recognized on October 20 at an awards ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Houston. 

Song advises foreign and domestic banks, private credit funds, mezzanine funds and other credit providers, as well as borrowers, in all types of secured and unsecured credit transactions. Throughout her career, she has successfully closed several asset-based lending transactions involving oilfield service companies and commodity trading companies, investment grade credit facilities involving large public pipeline companies and service companies, and reserve-based oil and gas financings involving oil and gas exploration companies. 

Song also serves on Bracewell’s firmwide management committee, is a member of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and is a mentor in the Minute Mentoring® program.
