John Gilbert and Robert Meade have contributed to Butterworths Challenges in Arbitration, a new work that covers the various ways in which arbitrators, arbitral awards and their enforcement can be challenged.

John and Robert authored a chapter on challenges under arbitration rules. They compare and contrast the position under some of the most commonly used rules in international arbitration as regards challenges to the arbitrators, the seat of arbitration and the jurisdiction of the tribunal.
