Bracewell’s Bob Nichols recently talked with Law360 about ways employers can mitigate COVID-19 related litigation.
After one mid-December 2020 survey found that over a quarter of the US public say they will “probably or definitely” refuse a COVID-19 vaccine, Nichols said most employers will probably decide against mandating that employees receive a shot.
“That’s a fight that a lot of companies just don’t want to take on,” said Nichols.
