Warren Harris served as a moderator during the Texas Supreme Court Historical Society and the State Bar of Texas' live reenactment and discussion of the historically significant case, Texas v. White.

The landmark case addressed the legal status of the former Confederate states. Former Chief Justice Thomas R. Phillips gave a historical overview of the case. David J. Beck and Lynne Liberato argued the case, and Chief Justice Wallace B. Jefferson led a panel of distinguished Texas Supreme Court and federal judges in hearing the argument.
