Perumal & Tamm Presenting to TMCx

​Karthika Perumal and Kevin Tamm presented to TMCx on October 5, 2017. The presentation focused on “Structuring Data-Based Transactions.” They discussed protecting data under the various IP frameworks and walked through certain issues to be considered when negotiating such transactions.

Located in the TMC Innovation Institute, TMCx provides startup companies with shared workspace, a curriculum tailored to the needs of health care entrepreneurs and the guidance of more than 120 advisors from the front lines of the industry.
