About Ryan

Ryan Myers concentrates his practice on white collar defense, internal investigations and related litigation. He has represented clients under investigation by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), and the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI).

Ryan has experience helping clients under investigation for alleged international bribery offenses, including violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), as well as investigations by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) for violations of the Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act (CFPOA). Additionally, he has represented clients under investigation for corruption by the Integrity Vice Presidency of the World Bank. Ryan also regularly advises clients regarding compliance with U.S. sanctions laws and trade control regulations.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Ryan worked as a newspaper reporter covering crime and legal affairs.
