David Pang focuses his practice on corporate transactions and commercial matters. He advises on cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital investments, share and/or asset acquisitions/disposals, joint ventures, legal due diligence, commercial contracts, corporate restructuring and corporate governance.
David has experience throughout the Middle East, United States and Europe in negotiating and drafting a variety of complex corporate and commercial agreements, including sale and purchase agreements, shareholders/joint venture agreements, legal due diligence reports, disclosure letters, escrow agreements, supply of services, management, consultancy and agency agreements.
He has represented a range of clients, including private and listed companies, high net worth individuals and family groups, sovereign wealth funds, private equity funds, banking and financial institutions, energy and utilities majors and defence and aerospace companies in the Middle East, U.S. and Europe.
