Anna Miller’s practice focuses on financial transactions with an emphasis on syndicated, secured and unsecured, and asset-based credit facilities. She also has experience working on loan restructurings and workouts.
Anna represents an array of clients, including lenders, arrangers, sponsors, borrowers and guarantors primarily within the energy industry.

Riverstone Credit Management LLC — $100 million senior secured delayed-draw green loan facility with ESG-linked pricing to Harland & Wolff Group Holdings plc, a UK-based fabrication and maintenance company operating in the maritime, defence, oil & gas and renewable energy sectors, including in relation to UK offshore wind projects
DT Midstream — $750 million revolving credit facility and $1 billion term loan B, in connection with its spin-off from DTE Energy Company, as borrower
Wells Fargo Bank, National Association — as lender, administrative agent and collateral agent in the successfully completed exit financing for Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. and certain affiliates. The exit financing included approximately $400 million in a revolving credit facility, $100 million in a term loan and over $85 million in privately placed notes.
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. — $300 million secured revolving credit facility to a private exploration and production company with oil and gas properties in Texas, as administrative agent
HPS Investment Partners, LLC — assisting with representation of client as administrative agent and lead investor in a secured note purchase facility to midstream energy companies
Equinor — negotiation of purchase and sales agreements and conditional grant agreements with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) in support of the 1,260 MW Empire Wind 2 and the 1,230 MW Beacon Wind projects
