Bracewell Supports Hispanic Law Students Association Annual Scholarship Banquet

The Hispanic Law Students Associations of Thurgood Marshall School of Law, the University of Houston Law Center, and South Texas College of Law hosted the Hispanic Law Students Association Annual Scholarship Banquet on March 31, 2017, at Houston’s Downtown Aquarium.

Bracewell LLP Partner Yvonne Y. Ho, and Associates Karthika Perumal, Drew Taggart and John L. Stavinoha III attended the event, which featured United States Congressman Joaquin Castro as Keynote Speaker.

The Hispanic Law Students Association is an organization dedicated to promoting the educational, cultural and social needs of Hispanic law students. HLSA welcomes both Hispanic law school students and individuals interested in the Hispanic culture, history and legal issues. The organization is an inclusive organization that advocates and discusses legal, political and social issues that affect Hispanics and other minority groups.
