Bracewell Represents Rockland Capital, LLC in Acquisition of Six Generation Facilities

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented Rockland Capital, LLC (Rockland) in the acquisition of the Peaker Assets, a portfolio of six generation facilities in Ohio and Indiana with a combined capacity of 972.5 MW, from AES Ohio Generation, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of DPL Inc.

The transaction, originally announced on December 19, 2017, closed on March 27, 2018.
