Bracewell Represents Phillips 66 in $5.8 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Bracewell & Giuliani LLP represented Phillips 66 in its recent private offering of $5.8 billion of senior notes, consisting of $800 million of 1.950% senior notes due 2015, $1.5 billion of 2.950% senior notes due 2017, $2.0 billion of 4.300% senior notes due 2022 and $1.5 billion 5.875% senior notes due 2042. Phillips 66 is a subsidiary of ConocoPhillips that is expected to be separated from ConocoPhillips later this year. The offering is among the largest debt offerings in the United States this year and closed March 12, 2012.
