Bracewell & Giuliani LLP represented Evercore Partners, financial advisor to the Conflicts Committee of the Board of Directors of Memorial Production Partners GP LLC, the General Partner of Memorial Production Partners LP, regarding the acquisition of interests in oil and gas assets in East Texas and Louisiana including the Joaquin field from Memorial Resource Development Corp. in exchange for $78 million net cash and certain interests in oil and gas assets in the Terryville complex in Louisiana.
