Bracewell Represented Conflicts Committee In VTTI Energy Partners LP’s $96.2 Million Acquisition Of Interest In VTTI MLP B.V.

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented the Conflicts Committee of the Board of Directors of VTTI Energy Partners GP LLC, the general partner of VTTI Energy Partners LP, in VTTI Energy Partners’ acquisition of an additional 8.4% percent equity interest in VTTI MLP B.V. and associated net debt from VTTI MLP Partners B.V. for cash consideration of $96.2 million. Following the closing of the acquisition, VTTI Energy Partners will indirectly own a total economic and voting interest of 51% in VTTI MLP B.V.
