Bracewell & Giuliani LLP represented ConocoPhillips in a $2.5 billion public offering of senior notes. The offering consisted of two series of floating rate notes and three series of fixed rate notes, ranging in maturity from 3 to 10 years.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA), Inc. and RBC Capital Markets, LLC acted as joint book-running managers in the offering.
